    Some Frequently Asked Questions:

*Coloring Pages: At the beginning of the year, coloring pages will come home each day.  They will not always be complete.  Please do not worry, these pages are not part of our required work and are not expected to be completed.  They allow me time to get lunch count organized or transition between activities.  Your child is more than welcome to finish them at home, but they do not need to be returned.

*Homework Calendars:Work completed from homework calendars does not need to be returned to school.  These are skills we are working on at school and it is good to be checked at home to see if your child is able to do the skill.  These daily activities should take no longer than 5 minutes.

*Playground/Peer Issues: In kindergarten we are all learning how to play with each other and get along.  Sometimes issues arise.  Please remind your child to tell myself or another teacher if they are having an issue with a peer.  If teachers are unaware of the issue, we are not able to help.  Throughout the year we use a 'Bully Prevention' program to help us all learn how to manage our peers. :)
