Darien School District 61 supports the wellness of students, employees, and community members. As one component of this support, a Wellness Committee was established to address specific initiatives.

For students at Eisenhower, Student Council serves as an opportunity to connect with other students, grow leadership skills, and have some fun.

The Illinois Principals Association (IPA) honors students each year who go above and beyond in academics, positive attitudes and leadership at the Student Recognition Breakfast. Teachers and principals are able to select two students to honor at the event with two fifth grade and two eighth grade students being selected to attend. We wanted to highlight these incredible students and why they were selected!

Burlington Stores has donated $5,000 through its partnership with the national non-profit organization, AdoptAClassroom.org, in celebration of its new store now open in Darien, IL.
