District 61 health aides and school nurses work with parents, students and staff to keep students healthy and in school. If your child has a significant medical history, please share this information with the health aide or school nurse so that she can coordinate a safe and competent care plan for your child at school. If your child becomes ill or is seriously injured during school, every effort will be made to contact you or the the emergency contact that you have designated on your child’s emergency form.
