My name is Rebecca Berry, and I am blessed to teach fifth grade at Lace School. I've been teaching for a long time and have always taught the upper elementary grades.
I grew up in Downers Grove and graduated from Downers Grove South High School. I received my bachelor's degree in elementary education from Benedictine University. After teaching for a few years, I decided to go back to school to earn my master's degree. In December of 2009, I graduated from Concordia University with a master's degree in curriculum and instruction.
This year, I will be teaching all subjects in my homeroom. I love school and can't wait to get started! I will be working very hard to be the best teacher I can be and to help my students to be the best that they can be. I expect that they will come to school everyday with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. I, in turn, will do the same!
